MALLALA’S Tiffani Graham has qualified for the Commonwealth Games trials next month in both the 50m and 100m events after a brilliant Pacific School Games in December.
Graham competed in the annual school games last month, an event that hosts young sporting students from all over the world.
The 18-year-old swam a variety of races and relays.
It was in the 100m breaststroke Tiffani claimed a silver medal with a time of 1:13:08, ensuring her place in the week-long trials in Brisbane.
To qualify for the Commonwealth Games, she will need a time of 1:08 in the 100m breaststroke, a target she will work towards, although Tiffani admitted she was “mostly going for the experience”.
