JEMIMA Matters is a very cheeky 10-year-old girl.
She’s happy 98 per cent of the time.
Her favourite thing to do is to go on outings in the car but at other times her days are filled with swimming, horse riding, bike riding and playing with anything that has wheels.
Jemima has a rare condition known as Phelan-McDermid syndrome but despite being completely non-verbal, she attends Spalding Primary School full-time with the help of a support worker.
