Flinders misses out

With the Flinders Ranges experiencing extremely dry conditions, Shadow Minister for Primary Industries and Regional Development, Eddie Hughes, is calling for an explanation as to why the Flinders Ranges council and the local community, is continually being ignored by the state and federal governments.

“For months, Labor has been advocating for drought funding for affected farmers and communities in South Australia,” he said.

“Minister for Primary Industries and Regional Development, Tim Whetstone, bragged about the Marshall Government’s support to drought affected regions and also about the Federal Government’s support, but once again, he ignored the Flinders Ranges Council.”
